Small self-contained Windows utility to monitor internet health and display dropouts on an activity graph.
Advanced logging and various customisations. Can disinguish between internet and router dropouts.
Can be used to provide evidence to your ISP. The downloadable trial is limited only by a 30 minute testing period, all other functionality remains active.
Zero installation and tiny footprint. Minimally invasive internet load, just sends ping requests every n seconds as specified by the user.

Limitations in the Downloadable Version

Continuous testing limited to 30 minutes in the trial. Entering the license key unlocks permanently.
