Tracert
Command line program used to analyze hop by hop packet routing between source and destination, network topology and performance.

IPConfig
The purpose of IPConfig is to list the IP address settings configured on the local host machine including IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, DNS server and MAC address.

DNS
The purpose of DNS services is to resolve between device hostnames and IP addresses. That is a requirements when connecting to network devices including servers.

PuTTY
