Description by the Publisher
The free WMF Viewer installs on any Windows system to load and view both 16-bit Windows Metafiles (.wmf) and 32-bit Enhanced Metafiles (.emf). It supports vector graphics, raster images, and text with fonts with the ability to view multiple files. The outstanding performance and unlimited zooming for large, detailed drawings make it an excellent tool for professionals. Print to Windows printers.
As an operating system level format, WMF and EMF can not be easily previewed. You can open them in a Windows application such as Word or PowerPoint. You can also use our free Windows Metafile Viewer. It's a sample application that we developed to demonstrate the power of our SDK for Windows. If you need to work with Metafiles as a developer or systems integrator, check out our Developer Center.
