Hosting fat into image disk or memory is possible. For accesibility since windows explorer , a kernel software is required (VDFS API,or other).
API Fat Support ACL (DACL_SECURITY_INFORMATION, GROUP_SECURITY_INFORMATION, OWNER_SECURITY_INFORMATION).
