Supports:
- HD video;
- HDMI, SDI, VGA, DVI outputs;
- generic video card TV outputs;

Notes:
- created using Microsoft DirectShow and DirectX APIs;
- File Drag'n'Drop support;
- Supports WinXP and other newest OS-s;

Requires:
- DeckLink card (USB or PCI), optional;
- DirectShow codecs;
- VS2013 runtime (added to the installer);
- Direct3D9 runtime (for WinXP);
