Description by the Publisher
Ensure is a simple utility that takes a list of file names, one per line.
It ensures each one exists and issues an error message if it does not.
You run it like this:
java -jar ensure.jar ensure.csv
where ensure.csv is the list of file names.
In future there will be a date so you can ensure the file is younger or older than that date.
This is quicker than writing a BAT script to look for all the files. You can use CSVSort to keep the list in order.
