Use this action to add a printer to user profile remotely, delete printer remotely or do other print management on remote computers. It works similar to adding a printer remotely using PowerShell or installing a printer remotely via psexec or other command line tools, but its centrally managed and controlled from the Cloud.
A network printer is a printing device shared via network with multiple workstations. Connecting to a network printer requires installation of local drivers and adding remote printer connection settings (such as network name or IP address) to the local printing configuration.
