The Microsoft Access Linear + 2D Barcode Generator installs into an Access Report or Form to create barcode images without using fonts or components. Any report where the object is installed can generate and display barcode images for a range of symbologies, even when distributed externally to recipients.
The Barcode Generator for Access is compatible with Microsoft Access versions 2000 and up with all languages and locales including Double Byte versions of Windows, such as those used in China and Japan. Functions may also be encoded into barcodes such as returns and tabs, which allows for output into multiple fields on scanning.
This product is available in several versions to meet any type of supported barcode generation. This is the Linear + 2D version which supports Code 128, GS1-128, Code 39, Code 93, Codabar, Interleaved 2 of 5, MSI, USPS Intelligent Mail (IMb), Postnet, Planet, PDF417, GS1 QR-Code, QR-Code, Micro QR-Code, GS1-Data Matrix and Data Matrix ECC200.
The Linear + 2D Barcode Generator for Access is priced to license type required for your usage scenario. IDAutomation offers Single and Multi-user licenses as well as Developer License versions more suited for commercial use, use in ERP/server environments, or in bundling with custom applications. Developer License versions also include complete source code. Some additional feature points include:
- QR Code supports the Swiss QR-Bill and Image Overlay as a Center Override.
- UTF-8 encoding supported for Data Matrix, PDF417 and QR Code.
- Data Matrix includes an improved algorithm that encodes data more efficiently into a smaller symbol, and is 4x faster than previous versions for barcode generation.
